Plain-English terms.

Capped is a browser extension and optional paid service that reads usage data from your OpenAI and Anthropic accounts to help you monitor monthly spend. We don't control, guarantee, or audit the accuracy of data reported by those providers.

Alerts are advisory. Capped notifies you when spend crosses the thresholds you set, based on the provider's reported usage. Capped cannot block or pause your API access. Responsibility for the bill remains with you.

Subscriptions. Pro is billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the current period.

Refunds. Email hello@getcapped.app within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked.

Liability. Capped is provided as-is. We're a small team and we're not liable for API bills you incur, missed alerts, or downstream consequences.
